Bright Start Program
The “Bright Start Program” (BSP) is a flagship initiative under TibaSalama Digital Health, designed to foster optimal development and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 years. This program builds upon TibaSalama’s existing work with pregnant women, newborns, and young children by integrating Early Childhood Development (ECD) education and support into community-level health services.
Through collaboration with Community Health Workers (CHWs), the Bright Start Program provides direct household-based education, early stimulation activities, nutrition guidance, and parenting support to families-especially in underserved areas. The program also aims to engage preschools and early learning centers to ensure that children aged 3–5 receive nurturing care and developmental support both at home and in educational settings.
By combining digital health technologies, CHW outreach, and partnerships with ECD experts, Bright Start ensures every child gets a strong, healthy start in life-physically, emotionally, and cognitively.
