E-Health MoM
“E-Health MoM” is a specialized digital system by TibaSalama designed to monitor the health of pregnant women and their children up to the age of five. In partnership with Community Health Workers (CHWs), the platform enables real-time data collection, provides targeted health education, sends SMS reminders for clinic visits, and coordinates emergency referrals-especially in underserved and remote areas with limited access to healthcare.
This system:

By leveraging technology, E-Health MoM enhances safety, real-time monitoring, and timely care while significantly reducing both the cost and time required to access essential health services for women and children aged 0–5. Our system is also designed to integrate with platforms from various development partners, including government systems, to maximize impact and improve coordination. This collaboration helps eliminate preventable barriers and ensures that the
services we deliver reach those who need them most, efficiently and effectively.
