At TibaSalama Digital Health, we believe that accurate knowledge about family planning is fundamental to the well-being of families, the health of mothers and children, and the broader development of society. Through the “LifePlan Program”, we provide ongoing education to women, men, and communities about the importance of voluntary, informed, and safe family
planning.
The LifePlan Program aims to:
✅ Educate communities on the health benefits of family planning for mothers and children
✅ Dispel myths and misconceptions surrounding modern contraceptive methods
✅ Encourage joint decision-making between partners regarding family planning
✅Promote safe, informed, and equitable use of modern contraception methods
Through our E-Health Mom digital platform, Community Health Workers (CHWs) are able to:
✅ Deliver family planning education directly to households via mobile devices
✅ Track each woman’s and family’s specific family planning needs
✅ Record confidential health histories and preferred contraceptive methods in real time
✅ Coordinate timely referrals to health facilities for professional services when needed
The E-Health Mom system streamlines communication between families and healthcare providers, increasing awareness, accessibility, and consistent follow-up for family planning services. Together, LifePlan Program and E-Health Mom are building informed communities, where families are empowered to make the right decisions for their futures-ensuring every child is born into a safe, healthy, and supportive environment.
