JamboMama is a dedicated implementation unit under the TibaSalama Digital Health framework, operating through the Maternal Health Empowerment Fund (MHEF). Its mission is to support vulnerable women-especially new mothers-by offering affordable digital microloans, life-saving maternal supplies, and financial literacy training.
Integrated into our e-Health Mom platform, JamboMama directly reaches women at the grassroots level through our network of Community Health Workers (CHWs), Tibasalama loan officers and partnerships with local leaders.

01 How It Works

• JamboMama is managed by a dedicated loan coordination team within TibaSalama that oversees all financial empowerment activities.
• The unit works closely with national and international financial institutions, microfinance partners, and development stakeholders to mobilize resources and ensure sustainable support.
• Identified beneficiaries-such as postpartum mothers, widows, women with disabilities, and adolescent mothers-are enrolled digitally and supported throughout their journey.
