MamaCare is a community-driven initiative by TibaSalama aimed at ensuring affordable, high-quality health products are accessible to pregnant women, new mothers, and children under the age of five-especially in underserved rural areas where TibaSalama operates.
The program also empowers adolescent girls and young mothers who experienced early pregnancies by involving them directly in the distribution of these health products. This not only provides them with income and employment opportunities but also equips them with business knowledge, all while improving maternal and child health at the household level.
While TibaSalama does not manufacture these products directly, it partners with established local producers to ensure availability and accessibility across communities through its operational network.
